The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub (EOECPH) is issuing this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") to invite Suppliers to bid for Framework Agreement for Emergency Medical Consumables and Equipment (EMC&E) Framework for the Ambulance Services across England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight.

The framework is lotted: <br/>• Lot 1 Emergency Medical Consumables<br/>• Lot 2 Emergency Medical Equipment<br/>• Lot 3 Emergency Medical Consumables & Equipment Distributor<br/>• Lot 4 Emergency Medical Consumables & Equipment Wholesaler<br/><br/>EoECPH is working collaboratively with the National Ambulance Procurement Board (NAPB) on this procurement with an aim of providing a procurement compliant route to market for UK Ambulance Services wishing to procure Emergency Medical Consumables and Equipment.<br/><br/>The Framework awarded will have a framework period of 3 years, there is no option available for an extension.<br/><br/>The following benefits will be delivered:<br/>• Work in partnership with Ambulance Services in the UK to aggregate spend;<br/>• Drive cash releasing savings for reinvestment in front line services;<br/>• Review options to standardise & rationalise products and services across the UK;<br/>•Improve processes for staff in terms of accessing products and services that they require, when they need it<br/><br/>The primary beneficiaries of the framework will be United Kingdom ambulance services as detailed below and the listed beneficiaries in Annex 11. <br/>South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust<br/>South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust and their subsidiary South Central Fleet Services Limited<br/>South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust<br/>London Ambulance Service NHS Trust<br/>East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust<br/>East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust<br/>Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust<br/>North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust and their subsidiary<br/>North East Ambulance Service Unified Solutions Limited<br/>North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust<br/>West Midlands Ambulance Service<br/>University NHS Foundation Trust<br/>Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust<br/>Northern Ireland Ambulance Service<br/>Health and Social Care Trust<br/>Scottish Ambulance Service Board<br/>Isle of Wight NHS Trust<br/><br/>The Contracting Authority intends to use an e-Procurement Portal in this procurement exercise.<br/><br/>https://atamis-1928.1ightning.force.com/<br/><br/>Deadline for submission of bids is 30 September 2024 at 1.00pm.
