This procurement is for the appointment of a supplier to provide a chairperson, Investment Committee (IC) Chair and Governance and Operations Committee (GOC) representative for the AWE pension trustee board via a PCR compliant route. The contract will be for an initial period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
The services being procured as part of this contract are for the benefit of both AWE Plc and AWE Pension Trustees Limited, and both Contracting Authorities are within the scope of this Contract.
