Wirral Borough Council (the “Council”) has issued this Prior Information Notice (PIN) to raise awareness of a forthcoming contract opportunity for the delivery of a Wirral Property Framework (the ”Framework”). The Council is seeking to give interested parties the option to participate in a Soft Market Testing (SMT) exercise, which aims to provide the Council with the market providers’ views on its proposed approach and to help shape the procurement documents and service design that appeal to current markets and offer value for money solutions. Interested participants will also have the opportunity to participate in a market engagement event prior to the commencement of the procurement process, should the Council require this.
As part of current service delivery, the Council provides regular reactive and planned maintenance services which covers asset management and capital programme & other works.
