Abstract

Implement repairs to the 170 metre long two storey Llandudno Colonnades Structure. Works will require site clearance of overgrown bushes and trees and the carrying out of repairs to the reinforced concrete structure, application of a waterproof coating to the roof level deck, refurbishment of metal balustrading to staircases, electrical installation and metal balustrading to the roof level perimeter. The works will be carried out at both storeys of the structure.

2 Contract Details

2.1 Title

Llandudno Colonnades Development - Contractor

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

Implement repairs to the 170 metre long two storey Llandudno Colonnades Structure.

Works will require site clearance of overgrown bushes and trees and the carrying out of repairs to the reinforced concrete structure, application of a waterproof coating to the roof level deck, refurbishment of metal balustrading to staircases, electrical installation and metal balustrading to the roof level perimeter.

The works will be carried out at both storeys of the structure.

Carry out works in one continuous phase to the two storey structure.

The structure is approximately 170 metres long. Discussions are being held with Cadw and Conservation Officers to agree colour selections, on site samples will be required.
