Abstract
Yorkshire Water is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform the sourcing strategy for the secure stockholding and supply of bottled drinking water in support of its statutory obligations under the Security and Emergency Measures Direction (SEMD). The solution must enable timely delivery of bottled water pallets to a fixed Yorkshire Water logistics centre, separate from supplier collection models.We invite suppliers with capabilities in bottled water provision, warehousing, replenishment logistics, delivery and emergency stockholding to participate. This engagement will explore supplier capacity, delivery models, and emergency responsiveness to inform a potential standalone procurement separate from existing arrangements.This notice does not constitute a call for competition or a commitment to procure.

Procurement description
Yorkshire Water is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform the sourcing strategy for the secure stockholding and supply of bottled drinking water in support of its statutory obligations under the Security and Emergency Measures Direction (SEMD). The solution must enable timely delivery of bottled water pallets to a fixed Yorkshire Water logistics centre, separate from supplier collection models.
