The evaluation will assess the impact, value for money, and effectiveness of funded initiatives, ensuring that lessons learned inform future policy and investment decisions. A key outcome will be identifying how the findings align with and support the region's wider economic framework, ensuring that UKSPF/REPF-funded programmes contribute to long-term strategic priorities.

Explanation
Y&NYCA conducted a direct award under PCR2015 for work to be undertaken in relation to SPF evaluation. Due to the piece of work being time sensitive, Thrive were identified as the most suitable supplier due to prior experience and knowledge in this field of work and therefore, a compliant route has been followed via ESPO.
