This is a requirement for 6 discharge to assess nursing beds in Swindon delivered by one care home provider for an initial period of six months with provision to extend for three subsequent periods of 12 months subject to funding approval.
In the extended periods, there will be an option to extend the number of beds to 9 subject to providing 48 hours notice to the supplier.
