The successful contractor will be expected to deliver:
1. Feasibility Report
Assess operational, ecological, and logistical factors influencing proposed biosecurity measures at multiple marine sites.
Identify constraints, risks, and success factors relevant to future implementation.
2. Technical Review of Biosecurity Equipment
Build upon our existing information to evaluate marine biosecurity tools and infrastructure.
Work with suppliers to recommend site-specific solutions tailored to differing environmental conditions and user needs.
3. Costed and Validated Site Plans
Develop detailed plans identifying necessary infrastructure, with clear costings and method statements.
Include environmental constraints, compliance considerations, and delivery feasibility.
4. Implementation Timeline
Produce a clear, achievable delivery roadmap, including key milestones and delivery phases for a separately funded 3 year delivery project.
5. Stakeholder Engagement, Marine Biosecurity Awareness and Delivery Alignment
Engage with identified partner businesses and Port Authority
Ensure coordination, defined roles, shared commitments, and integration of partner objectives into delivery project plan.
6. Funding Readiness
Produce a delivery project plan for a separately funded 3 year delivery project.
