Explanation
The NFRS Statement of Requirements contains three items which align with items 1.1, 1.2 and 1.13 on the framework (ref. C5682). As our requirement could be fulfilled by items already priced up by suppliers in the framework tender process, a further competition was deemed unnecessary. The full range of items in our requirement could only be supplied by one supplier so the decision was made to Direct Award to Thomas Kneale & Co.
