  The supplier possesses unique expertise in housing data migration that cannot be replicated by any other supplier. Their prior and ongoing involvement in the HITT Programme has equipped them with specialised knowledge and the necessary technical permissions. The supplier's existing role within the HITT Programme ensures seamless integration of this additional data migration task. Their access rights and familiarity with the system environment reduce lead times and mitigate delivery risks.
