Framework operation description

The framework is for the provision of services to facilitate safe working practices when conducting operations on Natural Resources Wales managed land within the proximity of overhead power lines and underground utilities. Natural Resources Wales has a duty of care to ensure that where overhead power lines or underground utilities cross forest roads used to access worksites these are appropriately signed and goalposts used where required. There will be a requirement to undertake installation, periodic inspections and maintenance as an essential part of estate management.
