Abstract

Conwy County Borough Council seek to provide Public Conveniences on the Historic Quay Side separate from its current location within the Civic Hall. The need has arisen because the Civic Hall building has been earmarked for re-development in the near future. The Architect is required to prepare new design options for Public Convenience on the historic Conwy Quay and undertake liaison with Conservation and Heritage bodies to secure all necessary consents.

Description of the goods or services required

Conwy County Borough Council seek to provide Public Conveniences on the Historic Quay Side separate from its current location within the Civic Hall.

The need has arisen because the Civic Hall building has been earmarked for re-development in the near future.

The Architect is required to prepare new design options for Public Convenience on the historic Conwy Quay and undertake liaison with Conservation and Heritage bodies to secure all necessary consents.
