- Advice and guidance on relevant policies, strategies and reports.
- Twice yearly strategy meetings
- Balance Sheet Projections
- Advice on investment decisions.
- Notification of credit ratings and changes.
- Other information on credit quality.
- Advise on changes to the CIPFA Codes of Practice.
- Advice on debt management decisions.
- Advice and new accounting standards.
- Reports on treasury performance.
- Forecasts of interest rates; and
- Training courses.
