FLS has a statutory responsibility to service, repair, and maintain its built estate across Scotland. This estate includes approximately 584 buildings, such as deer larders, storage facilities, offices, accommodation, and visitor centres.

This market engagement focuses on a range of compliance services required across our built estate. These services are essential to ensuring the safety, functionality, and legal compliance of our buildings. Areas under consideration include, but are not limited to:
