The delivery of planned and reactive engineering works on Scotland's Railway’s drainage and lineside assets to drive towards better performance and resilience.
Scope of works to include site visits, drainage system surveys and design such as cascade solutions, catchpit/headwall solution; as well as minor consultancy works such as drainage catchment studies and simple engineering design. Example of physical works include clearing and vactoring pipes, chambers and culverts, and reprofiling ditches, renewal track drainage etc.
