3 Conditions for Participation

3.1 Minimum standards and qualification required

Proposals must be compliant with Carmarthenshire County Council’s and South Wales Trunk Road Agency (SWTRA) adopted “Code of Practice for the Installation, Operation, and Removal of Seasonal Decorations as the minimum requirement for such installations. Any application not meeting the requirements of the Code will be required to demonstrate how it meets equivalent standards (if applicable). Proposals must also meet all statutory requirements including, but not limited to, the relevant provisions of the Highways Act 1980.
