Abstract

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is responsible for the management upkeep and repair of the properties it owns. The Council has a requirement to identify and appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a 4-year term service (3+1) to undertake Bathroom, Wet Room, Shower and Flooring Work together with Associated Builders Work. The work is of a planned and responsive nature on properties owned by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council. The work will include Tenanted properties, Void Properties and Public Buildings.

Contract extensions will be applied for Year 4 subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and by neither Party evoking the Break Clause which must be done no later than 13 weeks prior to the end of Year 3.
