Design and Build of a Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB) – Harbour Patrol Operations

Description of the goods or services required

The Port of Milford Haven (PoMH) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced vessel builders and suppliers for the design, construction, certification, delivery and commissioning of a new Harbour Patrol Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB).

The vessel will be employed as a multi-role operational asset supporting statutory harbour authority functions, maritime safety, port security, emergency response and operational support activities.

The successful Tenderer shall provide a complete turnkey solution inclusive of vessel design, construction, certification, equipment installation, commissioning, training and documentation required for immediate operational deployment.

The replacement vessel is intended to replace the existing RHIB, which is configured with a sheltered helm position and wrap-around screen. Photographs of the current vessel are provided within the ITT pack for reference.

Tenderers are also requested to submit an alternative price for a full cabin variant, in accordance with the requirements set out in the Scope of Requirements.
