Mae Cyngor Gwynedd yn dymuno ymgysylltu ag ymgynghorwyr profiadol i gefnogi busnesau bach a chanolig yng Ngwynedd drwy asesu eu harferion busnes a nodi cyfleoedd i fabwysiadu a gwneud defnydd mwy effeithiol o dechnoleg er mwyn cynyddu cynhyrchedd, gwella effeithlonrwydd a chryfhau cystadleurwydd y busnesau.

Cyngor Gwynedd wishes to engage with experienced consultants to support small and medium businesses in Gwynedd by assessing their business practices and identifying opportunities to adopt and make more effective use of technology in order to increase productivity, improve efficiency and strengthen the businesses' competitiveness.

Mae cyfanswm o £33,000 wedi'i glustnodi ar gyfer y gwaith hwn. Bwriedir penodi o leiaf ddau unigolyn neu fusnes i ddarparu'r gwasanaeth, gyda swm o hyd at £1,500 yn daladwy i'r ymgynghorydd am bob busnes a gefnogir.

A total budget of £33,000 has been allocated for this commission. It is intended that at least two individuals or businesses will be appointed to deliver the service, with a sum of up to £1,500 payable to the consultant for each business supported.

Mae profiad o gefnogi busnesau i fabwysiadu technolegau newydd er mwyn gwella cynhyrchedd, effeithlonrwydd, gwytnwch a chystadleurwydd yn hanfodol i ymgeiswyr sy'n dymuno cael eu hystyried ar gyfer y contract hwn.

Dylai ymgeiswyr ddangos dealltwriaeth gadarn o sut y gall mabwysiadu technolegau newydd wella cynhyrchedd o fewn busnesau bach a chanolig, ynghyd â phrofiad o asesu arferion busnes, nodi cyfleoedd i ddefnyddio technolegau newydd a datblygol, a chefnogi busnesau i weithredu gwelliannau sy'n seiliedig ar dechnoleg.

Dylent hefyd feddu ar ddealltwriaeth o dechnolegau sy'n dod i'r amlwg a'u potensial i helpu busnesau i ddiogelu eu gweithrediadau at y dyfodol ac ymateb i amodau'r farchnad sy'n newid.

Experience of supporting businesses to adopt new technologies in order to improve productivity, efficiency, resilience and competitiveness is essential for applicants wishing to be considered for this contract.

Applicants should demonstrate a strong understanding of how the adoption of new technologies can improve productivity within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), together with experience of assessing business practices, identifying opportunities to utilise new and emerging technologies, and supporting businesses to implement technology-based improvements.

Applicants should also possess an understanding of emerging technologies and their potential to help businesses future-proof their operations and respond to changing market conditions.
