II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The contract was awarded via a compliant public sector framework agreement which provides recruitment and executive search services. The appointed supplier will deliver a comprehensive executive recruitment campaign on behalf of Velindre University NHS Trust, including candidate attraction, executive search, assessment, stakeholder engagement, interview support, and appointment management for senior leadership positions.
The award was made through a direct award mechanism in accordance with the terms and conditions of the framework agreement, with no further competition required. The Trust determined that the selected supplier offered the most appropriate solution to meet its recruitment requirements and represented value for money.
