Explanation
This contract has been awarded under the NWUPC Electronic Components Framework Agreement (LAB3152 NW). The framework permits a direct award to the top ranked supplier for the selected Lot. CGTC BMIC has awarded the call-off contract to Rexel UK Ltd, the highest ranked supplier for Lot 2 (Tools and Fixings), in accordance with the framework award mechanism. No separate call for competition was required.
