Transport for London has awarded a call-off contract to Pickfords Move Management for the provision of Long term Storage management services.
The service will support TfL's Logistics & Manufacturing (L&M) function in delivering multiyear projects such as the Central Line Improvement Plan (CLIP) and ensuring operational readiness during the construction of a new warehouse under the West London Depot Development Programme at Acton (2028).
Provides secure, climate-controlled storage for critical components, supported by stock inventory management for accurate tracking and retrieval. Includes managed haulage
with guaranteed delivery to Acton within 24 hours, ensuring continuity of engineering works.

This notice confirms the award of a call-off contract to Pickfords Move Management Ltd for the provision of long term managed services, under the CCS Framework Agreement RM6329, Lot 2 Warehousing and Storage Solutions.
The contract was direct awarded on 25 May 2026 and is due to commence on 15 June 2026.
The initial contract term is 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 1 year. The earliest expiry date is 14 June 2029, and the latest expiry date, if the extension option is exercised, is 14 June 2030.
