Event

We are looking to engage an events company to deliver a Christmas concert in Rhyl for circa 700 people. Music-based, the supplier needs to be able to stage a memorable event. The concert is aimed at a wide audience including families with children of all ages and free to attend.

Scope

The appointed contractor will be responsible for booking the acts, handling ticketing and other logistics as required, and managing the event on the evening. The artists' line-up would need to be agreed by council to ensure it is appropriate.

Timings

The proposed date for the event is Saturday November 28th, 7pm-10pm with an interval.

Logistics

Staging, lights and audio services are already available so do not form part of the contract.
