Mae Estyn a Dysgu yn bwriadu penodi cyflenwr profiadol addas i gynllunio, rheoli a chyflwyno cynhadledd genedlaethol ddwyieithog ar gyfer arweinwyr canol mewn ysgolion a gynhelir, ysgolion arbennig ac UCDau ledled Cymru.
