This Invitation to Tender relates to the following scope of works:

The refurbishment of the vacant Mostyn Street unit into a new multi‑level Iconic entertainment and leisure venue requires extensive MEP upgrades. The ground floor will accommodate F&B operations, light gaming, darts, and shuffleboard, while the first floor will provide a sports bar, mini golf, tenpin bowling, sports‑themed activities, and dedicated entertainment zones.
