The revised deadline is 12pm on Monday, 12 October 2026. The tender was issued at the end of August, when some suppliers may have been on leave. We have also received recent technical questions, and recognise that the project allows for different delivery approaches. The extension gives all suppliers more time to consider the clarifications and prepare a fully developed, accurately priced submission. Please submit your tender in accordance with the tender instructions by the revised deadline. Additional plans will be available on the portal today.
