Abstract
The provision of Manual Handling & Basic Life Safety training to all University Placement Students, in accordance with NHS Guidelines.This includes all induction training, annual, or bi-annual refresher training, for all University Students, due to attend a placement within an NHS or Social Care setting.Training dates to be agreed with the successful supplier, with planned sessions occurring throughout the academic year.All training is to be delivered on-site, and will involve practical sessions (including training on the use of manual handling aids, and basic life safety equipment).
