The Coalfields Regeneration Trust (CRT) is commissioning on behalf of the Llanelli and Mynydd Mawr Railway Company Ltd a strategic review of opportunities presented by the land, buildings and ambition of the company.

The aim of the review is to develop realistic business objectives for the work of the Llanelli and Mynydd Mawr Railway Company Ltd and to establish realistic targets and milestones for delivery in the next 12-18 months to move the company closer to achieving its overall ambitions.

The review will also need to identify potential and realistic income generating opportunities that can be delivered by the Llanelli and Mynydd Mawr Railway Company Ltd, looking at innovative finance models, business development opportunities and realistic opportunities for activity and service delivery utilising their assets which include land, buildings and volunteers.

The contract will be allocated on a value for money basis to the organisation with the most appropriate skills, experience and track record.

The budget available for this project will not exceed £5,000 including VAT, and we would expect submissions to be priced competitively.

Quotes must include an outline of how you would approach the work, the team who will deliver, how you would meet the objectives, how you would measure success, anticipated milestones, reporting and a detailed budget. In addition two referees are required.
