Abstract

The objective of this Supply and services contract is to provide the NEC group with a cost effective, flexible, robust and secure communication platform for delivery of data and voice services across existing venues and any future connectivity needs.

General Scope Of Services.

The scope of the project can be split into key areas:

— Data,

— Provision of a robust ISP service to support our internet connectivity needs.

Provision of suitable network circuits for and between the core sites ensuring that the solution is:

— High Performing,

— Flexible,

— Stable,

— Strategic,

— Fully Resilient,

— Cost Effective,

— Options to increase resiliency through a second circuit from a different provider but managed through this contract,

— Telephony.

There are multiple Business Areas within the NEC Group with differing telephony requirements. A comprehensive feature set is required across the group (Examples include but not limited to):

— Network based IVR,

— Network/Site-Based ACD,

— Provision/Administration of NGN's (Non-Geographic Numbers),

— Customer Administrable,

— Call Routing,

— Call Diversions,

— Call Messaging,

— In-Line Messaging,

— External Diverts,

— Remote Agents,

— Call Whispering,

— Detailed Reporting.
