Additional Information

The contract was originally advertised for procurement as a restricted procedure. However, due to the absence of tenders, suitable tenders or applications in response to an invitation to tender by the contracting authority using the the restricted procedure, the procurement continued on the basis of the negotiated procedure without further contract notice in accordance with the provisions of regulation 14 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended). The original terms of the proposed contract offered in the discontinued procedure were not substantially altered in the negotiated procedure.
