Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

Cambridge Regional College Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Contract is due to expire on the 31.7.2015 and the College is undertaking a tender process to select an Mechanical and Electrical Contractor for the new contract period which commences on the 1.8.2015. The Contract covers an initial 5 year period. The successful contractor will be required to provide a complete service for the operation, maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical services and plant throughout the College premises.
