Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
The repair and conservation of the existing showrooms (State Rooms) and additional spaces at Knole, a Grade 1 listed building open to the public. Works will include conservation repairs to floors, walls, panelling and ceilings, structural repairs and reservicing, insulation and fire compartmentation works and will be carried out in a phased way to allow the house to remain accessible to the public throughout the works.
