Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
Kingdom Housing Association Ltd (KHA) propose to enter into a Framework Agreement with a limited number of applicants to provide Legal Services for a maximum 4-year period (3+1).
It is envisaged that successful applicants appointed to the framework will be available to provide Legal Services to Kingdom Housing Association Ltd, and also for work on behalf of, or directly for Kingdom Initiatives Ltd (a directly owned subsidiary company of KHA).
The requirement for Legal Services has been split into different lots to enable applicants who specialise in a particular type of legal service to tender for the categories relevant to their Organisation. This does not preclude an applicant from applying to suffice all the categories required. On occasion, and at the sole discretion of the party calling off from the Framework Agreement, an appointment may be made only after a mini tendering competition between those organisations appointed to the Framework Agreement.
The Service categories are detailed below:
Lot 1 — General Legal, Contractual & Procurement Issues.
Lot 2 — Conveyancing and related issues.
Lot 3 — Governance Issues.
Lot 4 — Employment Law Issues.
Lot 5 — Finance Management Issues.
Lot 6 — Housing & Estate Management Issues.
