Abstract

Burton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (BHFT) requires the Supply of Catering Accessories to support the Central Production Unit (CPU) within the Catering department at Queens Hospital Burton. The products required under the contract are various sized Gastronorm plastic containers, both ovenable and non-ovenable, along with ovenable film to seal the above containers and non-perforated cellophane bagging film. To support the above requirement, the Trust require that three sealing machines are provided free of charge on loan for the duration of the contract.
