This notice is for the establishment of a Term Contract for annual gas maintenance of the Housing Association stock, which comprises circa 3200 properties. The Term Contract shall be for 3-years. The works shall be split into two areas, East and West. Estimated total value for both areas is 350 000 GBP per year.
