North Somerset Council appointed a supplier to undertake the Property Compliance Services contract. This contract includes Statutory and Periodic Maintenance, Testing, Inspection, Reporting and Management services to mechanical, electrical and building fabric installations for premises primarily within the North Somerset district area. The intention is to also offer the arrangement to other Public Sector bodies across the South West (please refer to the NUTS codes within OJEU advert 2016/S 096-172585 that we have selected for reference).
