King's College London (the university) requires a state of the art whole body ultra-high field (7T) Magnetic Resonance system, including associated ancillary equipment and operational/research support, and invites expressions of interest from competent suppliers to fulfil this requirement.
The scientific and clinical staff driving this project would like to explore different ways of achieving their requirement and, as such, the university is utilising the Competitive Dialogue Procedure as set out in Article 30 (Chapter 2, Section 3) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
The 7T system is to be installed in a newly developed clinical research facility to be located at St Thomas' Hospital, London SE1 7EH, and to be used by leading researchers drawn from major Universities and Research institutes across London.
