The Council seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out the specified Contract Works relating to the alteration and extension to a number of existing buildings within the grounds of the Dean Castle Country Park, Kilmarnock. In addition to these alterations and extensions, the Contractor will also be required to carry out extensive Landscaping works together with selected infrastructure improvement works throughout the Park.
