09/01/2017 15:20	Answers to questions from suppliers; We have recieved some questions from suppliers, were we would like to share the answers to everyone interested in tendering, please see below. * Question: Can stepfiles be provided? Minesto answer: Stepfiles can be recieved upon request (if NDA is provided) * Question: I presume the bid is for Packages 1 and 2? Minesto Answer: Yes, we would preferably like to have a supplier that can delivery the complete system containing of package 1 and 2 (by sub-contracting the parts they can’t do themselves) * Question: Drawing 003096 (Distance Washer) is not on the Deliverables List. Is this part required and if so how many? Minesto Answer:This part is not required to be delivered, and should those not be considered in the tender. * Question: We would offer SDSS to UNS32750 or 32760 from alternative suppliers to Sandvik and their specified grade SAF 2507. Is this ok or must we use Sandvik SAF 2507? Minesto Answer: This is ok, you can use UNS32750 or UNS32760 * Question: Parts designated as "BY OTHER" on drawing 003124 (Seafloor Tube, ASSY) will be provided to us, free of charge and therefore not in our scope? Minesto Answer: Those parts are not requested to be delivered in the scope of this ITT. They will not be sent to you either, and thus not need to be assemblied together with the other parts. * Question: I see the scope as supplying a built assembly for Package 1 and then Package 2. In the Technical Specification, Section 10 and 11 it talks about FAT. There is nothing that I can see in the documentation that lists a functional requirement that would drive a need for an FAT. Can you please clarify this as it naturally will effect our bid Minesto Answer: We would like the FAT to at least contain the following (but the supplier is welcome to suggest further test if they think it is needed) - Assembly of all details in package 1 to see that they fit together - Assembly of all details in package 2, except for "Cover" dwg 003271 and "Flange" dwg 003280. - FAT pressure test to be performed on package 2 "Housing" dwg 003116 (incl flanges) using pressure of 15bars during 30minutes. * Question: Delivery location seems inconsistent through the documents (ITT Annex 5 different to early section of ITT and Tech Spec). Please clarify Minesto Answer: Apologizes, you are correct. What stands in the technical specification is correct; Package 1 should be delivered to Minesto UK, Holyhead and Package 2 to Minesto Gothenburg, Sweden
