A benyújtott panasz nem eredményezi sem a fellebbezési idoszak meghosszabbítását, sem új idoszak megnyitását. Jogorvoslati kérelem benyújtására az odaítélési határozatra vonatkozó értesítést követo 2 hónapon belül van lehetoség a VI.4.1. pontban feltüntetett jogorvoslati szervnek.

Ak sa domnievate, že došlo k nesprávnemu úradnému postupu, môžete podat stažnost európskemu ombudsmanovi do 2 rokov od dátumu, ked ste sa dozvedeli o skutocnosti, na ktorej sa táto stažnost zakladá (pozri http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu). Takáto stažnost nebude mat za následok prerušenie, ani zacatie novej lehoty na predloženie odvolania. Odvolanie môžete podat orgánu uvedenému v bode VI.4.1 do 2 mesiacov od oznámenia o pridelení zákazky.

O astfel de plângere nu are drept efect suspendarea termenului sau deschiderea unui nou termen pentru utilizarea cailor de atac.
