NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board who are seeking to establish a contract for Medical Gases Pipeline Maintenance.
The principle objective is to ensure that quarterly maintenance checks are completed, along with repairs to pipes that deliver:
- Oxygen;
- Nitrous oxide;
- Nitrous oxide/oxygen mixture;
- Medical air 400 kPa;
- Surgical air 700 kPa;
- Medical vacuum.
- AGSS
The requirement will be for the following sites (but is not limited to):
- University Hospital of Wales
- University Hospital Llandough
- Rookwood Hospital
- Barry Hospital
