Salix Homes Ltd is an award winning social housing.
Provider based in Salford, Greater Manchester. It is a not for profit organisation and is responsible for approximately 8 500 properties.
Salix Homes intends to procure and award 2 contracts for a responsive drainage service, the scope of which includes unblocking drains, high pressure jetting, excavation work and drain pipe replacement.
The service must be delivered in accordance with the response times set out within Document B (Specification). The services may be required and must be available 365 days a year. The contract is divided into 2 Lots the details of which are as follows:
— Lot 1: Drainage Services,
— Lot 2: Water Management.
Bidders are permitted to tender for one or both Lots.
