1.1 The Gateshead Housing Company (TGHC) invites tenders from suitably experienced organisations for the provision of printing and fulfilment services. The purpose of this lot is to maximise postage discounts that may be available and manage the process in a professional manner that delivers maximum benefits to both TGHC and its customers.
