Cheshire West and Chester is looking for a provider or providers to deliver full day care nurseries in Childrens Centres in Ellesmere Port and Blacon for children aged 0-5 years. The nurseries are at the Childrens Centres at Portside, Stanlaw Abbey and Blacon. The Council is seeking a supplier that will provide a service that offers high quality care for children and demonstrates a commitment to partnership working with other agencies such as Health, Schools and the Council to strive to achieve an outstanding service. Cheshire West and Chester Council is committed to providing children in Ellesmere Port and Blacon with the best start in life and by supporting good quality early years education and care this should have a lasting impact on education, social and behavioural outcomes.
