Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

Stockport Homes currently experience approximately 900 - 1000 empty homes per annum. The rapid turnaround of these properties is essential. The role of the contractor will be to ensure that clearing and cleaning of properties both internally and externally are completed as quickly as possible and to a high standard.

Ad hoc clearance and cleaning of tenanted properties will also be required as part of this specification as will be the clearance of non-licensed asbestos removal and out of hours clean-ups. The contractor will also be expected to attend ad hoc clearances on estates following fly-tipping and graffiti removal.
