The NMC currently occupies office premises in London at 23 Portland Place, 61 Aldwych, 1 Kemble Street and 2 Stratford Place.
The office cleaning service provision includes scheduled daily cleaning and ad hoc reactive cleaning provided by a day janitor.
Periodic deep cleaning of carpets, kitchen points etc. also takes place throughout the year as necessary to maintain the appearance of the offices.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The successful tenderer is required to provide the office cleaning service including scheduled daily cleaning and ad hoc reactive cleaning provided by a day janitor.
Periodic deep cleaning of carpets, kitchen points etc. also takes place throughout the year as necessary to maintain the appearance of the offices.
The Contractor shall provide, maintain, clean, store and replace all cleaning equipment in compliance with COSHH requirements and NMC instructions. The term of the proposed contract is two years (24 months) with the option at the absolute discretion of the NMC to extend for a further period or periods of up to three years (36 months).
In response to upcoming lease expiry events in September and December 2019 on the 61 Aldwych and 1 Kemble Street properties respectively, the NMC is now searching for suitable premises in Central London to accommodate the consolidated functions of the existing two offices above with anticipated space requirement c. 20,000 ft².
