Quality criterion: Provide clear & realistic methodology, inc. the deployment of resources & budget to deliver the services & staff levels that responds to the requirements / Weighting: 20

Quality criterion: Detail proposed delivery team, how they will be managed, skills available and how these are relevant, what roles they will play and resource allocations. / Weighting: 20

Quality criterion: Provide clear, realistic delivery plan & timeline that responds to the objectives & constraints, inv. tasks for each phase, roles & responsibilities of memeber of team & management arrangements. / Weighting: 20

Quality criterion: Detail your appraoch to quality assurance for the service and how you will monitor quality on an ongoing basis, including Equality and Diversity considerations / Weighting: 10

Quality criterion: Explain how you will ensure the learning is shared and embedded in the places and how you will support them to maximise implementation of best practice to improvie their own project delivery. / Weighting: 10

Quality criterion: Identify/ analyse the main risks to the delivery of this contract to time & budget & your proposals for mitigating/managing them / Weighting: 10
