This contract will be fixed price in nature with the successful supplier also guaranteeing both the number of input hours to the contract and the quality of cleaning provision.
We are seeking a suitably experienced supplier who has current experience of working within the secondary school or HE / FE marketplace, ideally with a strong operational base within the Doncaster area, thus allowing for both adequate contract support and operational flexibility that is to be delivered to support the contract as and when required moving forwards into this contract term.
In support of the client’s high expectations of the cleaning service, suppliers are required to ensure that the living wage is factored into their proposals for all cleaning employees. It is anticipated the successful supplier shall introduce a biometric sign-in system to validate and report on staff hours worked.
The scope of the contract covers all cleaning provision within both sites at The McAuley Catholic High School, which are within a half-mile radius. The successful supplier will be expected to deliver a concise and detailed method of management reporting at the end of each month thus updating the senior management team within the academy on the contract performance.
