Maintenance of grass and Hedges from circa 227 individual gardens and herbicide treatment / strimming of all hard-standings therein. This lot also includes hedge cutting and hand weeding services and ‘flail’ or suitable equivalent mow to meadow grass and semi natural areas including landlocked and former demolition sites, plus herbicide treatment to garage sites and miscellaneous areas. In addition the requirement includes leaf clearance and moss treatment from communal pathways around communal blocks over the winter period.
