Abstract

(b) meet a specific set of needs for the adult population of Leeds as identified within the Leeds Mental Health Needs Assessment (Leeds in Mind, 2017);

(c) fit with the CCGs strategic objectives including addressing health inequalities, increasing integration of services around localities and “left shift” to more care taking place in primary and community settings where appropriate.

The CCG anticipates awarding a contract for 5 years to the appointed provider with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years at the CCG’s discretion, i.e. up to 7 years. The minimum affordability threshold for this contract is 8 000 000 GBP per year but options may be considered above this value if they offer additional value and contribution to the CCGs strategic plan.
