NHS Newham CCG (NCCG) and the London Borough of Newham (LBN) require primary care clinical system information and facilitation service to support general practice in delivering core and enhanced services to patients, while providing reporting tools to monitor disease prevalence and practice delivery. Newham CCG will be the lead Contracting Authority.
We would like to hear from potential providers interested in delivering these services, to inform the planning of our procurement process. Suitably qualified providers are invited to express an interest by 8.1.2019. Market engagement meetings or events may be held subsequent to this deadline.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
From 1.4.2019, NCCG and intend to contract primary care clinical system information and facilitation service.
The chosen supplier must have:
— data sharing agreements in place all GP practices in Newham,
— advanced knowledge and experience of primary care to advise on the development of specifications and pathways,
— Experience with EMIS web as a case management software platform to access, interrogate and manipulate data to support in service delivery.
Specific service requirements to include:
— support the design of primary care services, coding and EMIS web system capabilities, ensuring templates reflect local pathways,
— technical support and coding expertise,
— creation of monthly performance, outcome and quality dashboards and invoicing toolkits,
— annual practice visit,
— multidisciplinary training focused on local objectives,
— provide detailed annual reports on all data collected by GPs,
— ad-hoc reporting requests,
— provide access to anonymised patient level data.
